The hotel was located so close to touristic places such as grand metropolitan mall. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Starbucks Coffee that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The hotel's location next to the mall was so convenient for shopping and dining. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fun games in the pool for the kids. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be more convenient, being right in the heart of the city center and just steps away from a bustling shopping mall. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly receptionists to the attentive room service. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool, which was very well-maintained and a great place to relax and unwind.

Next to the shopping mall, this hotel offers a convenient location and easy access to nice fitness center at the mall. The staff were very friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and at home. The breakfast had a huge variety of options, including both Indonesian and Western cuisine.
Everything is what I need and want.

Great location close to a mall and near the toll road, this hotel has a swimming pool and fitness center. The room is nicely decorated with free tea and coffee provided, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The bedding looked unclean on the first day and despite requesting a change, nothing was done.

The hotel was conveniently located close to a mall. the room was spacious and had a fridge and bathtub which was nice. the breakfast was served on the 10th floor which offered a great view of the city skyline.
The cleanliness of the sheets and linen was subpar and we had to request replacements. the quality of the water in the bathroom left something to be desired as it had a yellowish tint.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
